One of the most “customized” cars in the world is gotta be the Ford Mustang. Ever since the first models rolled out, car nuts have tried to get the best performance and the best looks for their favorite pony. Now, Randall Reed gives his interpretation of a proper Mustang. He follows the go-fast formula: big engine bolted to a car with some trimmings. The Reed Speed will be powered by a 700 horsepower motor coupled to a manual gearbox. The car has been widened and lowered to compensate for the added forces the car will certainly encounter while accelerating and cornering. Stopping duties are performed by 14″ rotors with six-piston calipers from SSBC. A two-tone BASF paint job makes sure the car is relaxing to the eyes while parked or at speed. $TBA.
